Global Academy of Holistic Leadership and Coaching Inc. is licensed in the city of Edmonton, in the province of Alberta, and federally in Canada.

We aim to become a Designated Learning Institute (DLI) by the end of the year.

How do I enroll with GAHLC? ^

Currently we offer selected courses, access plans, and direct sessions with educators. Since we do not have permanent staff at a facility, a classic enrollment is not offered. Instead we encourage you to register for a course or educational product/service instead.

How do I register for a course? ^

To register for a course or other service please select the item of your interest and go through the sign-up process initiated on the description page. You will be guided through the process from there.

Do I need to take courses in a certain order? ^

We do not have a general requirement to take courses in a specific order. Some courses may complement each other and we strive to provide this information in the course descriptions.

What kind of software/accounts will I need for courses? ^

You will need a modern browser environment and Internet access. We also encourage to create accounts with the platforms in use, e.g. Zoom, Facebook, etc.

Is there an application process, audition or portfolio required to enroll into GAHLC and/or its courses? ^

We do not look for any requirements in our students at this time. We trust your judgement in selecting the courses according to your interests, and are happy to answer any question you may have beforehand.

How do I take a course online and how long is each course? ^

Each course is different, and we have some details on our course description page. We will be in direct contact with you after signup and send you detailed instructions how to access our content and take part in live events.

Can I repeat a course I have already taken? ^

Yes, as student you can repeat your course. Please keep in mind that specific course contents will expire after one year. However, any course ressources and supporting materials will be available to you on a permanent base.

What if I want to withdraw from a course? Will I be refunded? ^

Any purchase that results in access to ressources and small courses are non-refundable. Larger courses like e.g. courses with diplomas and certificates can be cancelled until after the first class.

What happens if my course is cancelled? ^

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will refund your money, or offer you to get credit for the next course available.

Will I be able to access my course after it has finished? ^

Yes, you will have access to your course for one year.

Who do I contact if I am having technical trouble with the course? ^

Do I get a certificate of completion when I finish each course? ^

Yes, we will issue you a certificate like e.g. an attendence document, a diploma, etc. depending on the course type.

When will I receive my certificate? ^

We strive to issue all certificates not later than 2 weeks after the course has finished.
